This Program Is NOT For

• Individuals looking for a done-for-you business
• Those seeking guaranteed income outcomes
• Beginners with no existing defined area of expertise
• People unwilling to engage in independent work
• People that are uncomfortable with ambiguity, uncertainty, and making their own decisions even when guidance or resources are provided

 Completion Requirements

There are no 'hard and fast' completion requirements for the digital practice intensive. You will be provided worksheets, templates, session materials, and supportive discussions to allow you to plan and independently implement elements needed to build your digital practice. 

Tuition Investment*

• Regular Tuition for the Practice Development Intensive is $1997 $1597 
• Tuition for the Practice Development Intensive PLUS 6 Private and Personalized 1-Hour Support Calls conducted on a Monthly Basis through the Program is $3197 $2797
• Costs for 'as needed' personalized support calls is $250/hr

*Discounted prices available for former and current participants of the Psychedelic Screener Mastermind. Due to the ultra boutique nature and limited space of persons enrolling in the program (6 min, 12 max), preference will be given to applicants that can pay the full program tuition 

Program Drop Out and Refund Policy

• If you apply for the program but decide not to register there is no penalty or payment
• If you register for the program and drop out prior to the 1^st session on May 7^th 2026 you’re eligible for a full refund minus $100
• If you register for the program and drop out after May 7^th but prior to the 3^rd session or by midnight on June 3^rd 2026 then you’re eligible for a full refund minus $500
• If you decide to drop out or cannot complete the program on or after June 4^th then no refunds are offered
• If you are removed from the program due to breaching the terms and conditions of participation then no refund will be given

1. Educational Purpose Only

This program is intended for educational purposes only.

The instructor provides frameworks, tools, and insights based on personal experience in building a digital consulting and education business. This program does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or business advice specific to your situation.

Participants are responsible for consulting appropriate licensed professionals when making decisions related to business formation, compliance, finances, or other regulated matters.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Participation in this program does not guarantee:

• Business success
• Revenue or income generation
• Client acquisition
• Specific outcomes of any kind

Results depend on individual effort, experience, consistency, and external factors beyond the instructor’s control.

3. Participant Responsibility

This program requires active participation and independent implementation.

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for applying the material
• The instructor is not responsible for your outcomes
• Progress depends on your own effort, decision-making, and follow-through

What This Program Does NOT Include

• Done-for-you website or business setup
• Individualized business consulting (unless coaching is purchased)
• Legal, financial, or compliance services
• Marketing execution or client acquisition services
• Guaranteed business outcomes or revenue
• Asynchronous independent support or Q&A

4. Intellectual Property (Instructor Protection)

All program materials including but not limited to:

• Slides
• Frameworks
• Worksheets
• Recordings
• Systems, processes, and methodologies are the intellectual property of Dr. Ben Malcolm and Spirit Pharmacist LLC

You may:

• Use materials for your own personal business development

You may NOT:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share materials with others
• Teach, replicate, or resell the program content
• Create derivative programs based on this material
• Use materials for commercial training or instruction

Unauthorized use may result in removal from the program without refund and potential legal action.

5. Confidentiality & Cohort Conduct (Mutual Protection)

This program includes group discussion and shared learning.

By participating, you agree:

• To treat all participant contributions as confidential
• Not to copy, replicate, or appropriate another participant’s ideas, business concepts, or materials
• Not to share personal or business information disclosed within the cohort outside the program

This is a good faith learning environment, not a competitive or extractive space.

Important:

While all participants agree to these terms, the instructor cannot guarantee or enforce how individuals act outside the program. Participation is at your own discretion.

6. Respectful Participation

Participants agree to:

• Engage respectfully and professionally
• Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Respect boundaries of other participants and the instructor

Failure to adhere may result in removal without refund.

7. Access & Delivery

• Sessions are delivered live and recorded
• Access to recordings is provided for program participants
• The instructor reserves the right to modify content or delivery as needed

The instructor or Spirit Pharmacist LLC is not liable for:

• Business outcomes
• Financial losses
• Decisions made based on program content

Enrollment and Sign Up

Applications are evaluated on an ongoing basis on a first come first served basis. Applicants will hear a response about the program within 7 days of submitting their application. If accepted to the program, the applicant will be notified and have 7 days from the time of notification to respond affirmatively or decline their spot as well as make the program’s payment to secure their place.

Live programming officially begins May 7th 2026. Space is limited and the course is strictly capped at 12 participants. The program will require at least 6 participants to run. In the event the program does not run due to not having high enough numbers enrolled, all persons registered with be eligible for and receive a full refund. In the event more than 12 people apply, a waitlist will be created.
